Team members
Invite people to an organization, set their roles, and remove or leave members.
Members of an organization can use all of its projects. To manage members, open the organization switcher in the sidebar, select Organization settings, and then select the Members tab.
Roles
An organization member has one of three roles:

Everything a member can do. Also invite and manage members, create and revoke API keys, change project names, privacy settings, and retention, delete projects, rename the organization, manage alert rules, and change the plan. |

Everything an admin can do. Also give the owner role, manage other owners, and delete the organization. |
An admin can give the member or admin role, and cannot change or remove an owner. Only an owner can give the owner role. The member table does not let you change your own role.
Invite a member
An owner or admin can invite people.
Open members
Open Organization settings, then the Members tab.
Start the invitation
Select Invite member.
Enter the details
Enter the Email address and select a Role.
Send it
Select Send invitation. telemetry.dev emails an invitation link.
An invitation expires 48 hours after it is sent.
The person opens the link and selects Accept invitation or Decline. They must sign in with the invited email address and verify it before they can see the invitation.
Seats
Each member and each unexpired pending invitation uses one seat.

When every seat is in use, Invite member is turned off. If two people send invitations for the last seat at the same moment, telemetry.dev accepts one and rejects the other. To free a seat, revoke a pending invitation or remove a member. To add seats, read Change your plan.
Manage pending invitations
Pending invitations lists each invitation’s email address, role, and expiry time. Each row has these buttons:
- Copy invite link: copy the link to send it yourself, for example if the email did not arrive.
- Resend invitation: send the email again. Owners and admins only.
- Revoke invitation: cancel the invitation and free its seat. Owners and admins only.
Change a member’s role
Select a new role in the member’s row. The role limits above still apply.
Remove a member
Select the delete button in the member’s row, then select Remove to confirm. The person loses access to the organization and its projects.
Leave an organization
Select Leave in your own row, then select Leave again to confirm. telemetry.dev takes you to onboarding, where you can accept another invitation or create an organization.
If you are the only owner, you cannot leave. Give another member the owner role first.
